Sugar and salt must be restricted. Avoid grams and pulses. One can have green leafy vegetables into his dish. Fast food and junk food are best to be avoided. Restrict restaurant soda and outside food which is high in calories and not nutritious. Starchy food could be troublesome for arthritis condition. Fried food and red meat must be avoided.
One can include vitamin E in diet. Grains such as wheat etc help. Milk products are not too bad for this condition. Try to avoid smoking and alcohol. Fruits like apple, banana and chickoo are nice to consume.
