If you order a custom lab created mouthpiece from us, you will be receiving exactly the same mouthpieces that you would obtain if you pay your dentist multiple times. We will send you the paste that you need to create your impressions, and then you drop your impressions into a self addressed envelope to our lab. Within 7 to 10 days, you will get your custom trays back, along with a handy carrying case.
We will send you 3 sets of paste for the impressions in case something goes incorrect. If something actually goes wrong, we will send additional sets of paste out to you at no extra cost.
