[toc]Arrhythmia is the medical terminology for irregular heart beat. It is also called as problems in the “rhythm of the heart.” This is caused because of lack of coordination between heart beat and the electrical impulse in the body which reach to the heart.
In some cases, the heart beat may be too fast and in some cases it may be too early. In short, any type of irregularity in the heartbeat is classified as Arrhythmia. Of course, there are several medicines which regulate the heartbeat. Apart from these medicines several home remedies are also known to be effective in managing Arrhythmia.
Usefull Treatments Of Arrhythmia
This is a much simpler but effective remedy for Arrhythmia. Take about ¾ teaspoon of Cayenne pepper powder and mix it with about half a glass of warm water. Drink this solution at least twice a day.
You can also add this pepper to the salad, omelet, curry, and so on. This gives quick relief from Arrhythmia. Depending on the severity, the dosage can be appropriately altered.
Grape And Orange Juice
Take a half glass of Orange juice and half glass of Grapefruit juice. Add one tablespoonful lemon juice and two teaspoon Green Magma Barley grass powder and a half teaspoon of Cayenne pepper powder.
Mix the contents thoroughly and drink this preparation at least thrice a day. You can take one or two extra doses whenever you experience symptoms of Arrhythmia. Take this preparation regularly for at least twenty days.
This is one of the most popular remedy for Arrhythmia. Take half teaspoon of fish oil, at least twice a day. Fish oil is rich in omega-3 and various other nutrients which also help in improving the general health of the patient.
Take Fish oil regularly for at least 20 days. Continue with this medicine whenever you experience the symptoms of Arrhythmia.
Take food rich in Vitamin C so that you can effectively manage the symptoms of Arrhythmia. Take few Mustard Greens, Broccoli, Kale, and Brussels sprouts. Wash them thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Heat one teaspoon of sunflower oil on a pan. Now, put all these leaves in the pan and cook the contents for about ten minutes. Add salt to taste. Take this preparation regularly for at least one month.
Take about six peels of Garlic and cut them into small pieces. Now, take few Hawthorn leaves wash them thoroughly and cut them also into small pieces. Heat about two teaspoons of Olive oil on a pan.
Now, put Hawthorn leaves in the pan and allow it to cook for about ten minutes. You can also add a few pieces of beans if you prefer. Add salt to taste. This is found to be highly beneficial in managing this ailment.
This remedy is ideally suited for those who work under stressed environment and also for those who frequently work during late night. Meditation and yoga are found to be very much beneficial in managing Arrhythmia.
Practice these under the supervision of a trained and experienced instructor. Such people should also undergo physical exercises like brisk walking or cycling and so on.
