How To Get Rid Of Blackheads

Ways To Get Rid Of Blackheads

[toc]Blackheads happen when there is an inflammation in the pores of your skin. They are similar to pimples other than the fact that they don’t have a layer of skin present over them. People with oily skin are more prone to blackheads compared to people with normal to dry skin

Blackheads form because the top coagulated layer of your pores is directly exposed to air. It can pick up any dust or impurity and get oxidised. Once it gets oxidised, it tends to get a darker shade or black.  It’s quite easy to remove blackheads at home. Here are few remedies that you can easily practice at home to get rid of blackheads.

Various Ways To Get Rid Of Blackheads

Nutmeg And Milk

Nutmeg Reduce Blackheads

Nutmeg contains agents that will exfoliate your skin and at the same time clear all the oil from your skin. Milk contains lactic acids that will help kill old skin cells and replace them with a newer layer of cells. Combine these two ingredients with lime juice and water and apply it on your face like a scrub. Don’t scrub too hard because you might cause damage to your skin. Wash it after 5 minutes and you will be able to notice reduction in blackheads and a clear glow in your skin.

The sticky nature of honey will help in removing blackheads as well as killing any accumulated bacteria. Take some drops of honey on your finger and start patting the area of your face with maximum blackheads. Do this rapidly so that when you remove your finger, the blackheads will stick to the honey and come out on their own. Honey has a good antibacterial quality that will remove any impurity which is trapped inside your pores.
