Having a good bath with oatmeal is the best thing that one can do in the condition where one is affected with heat rash. Grind oatmeal to a powder and put it in a muslin or cheese cloth bag. Now put this bag in your bathing water. Keep it for some time so that the cooling, healing and soothing properties of the oatmeal spread through the water. The anti inflammatory properties of the oatmeal will bring about relief and soothe the affected skin.

This essential oil has anti inflammatory properties which are very effective in treating heat rash. It helps get rid of the itching related with heat rash. It can be used directly over the skin or used in your bathing water or mixed with any water based gel and applied as a lotion.
Eucalyptus oil helps regenerate healthy skin cells, speeds up the process of healing and gives relief from itching and burning. However be careful not to consume this oil internally.
6. Milk of Magnesia
