Wait for 30 seconds and then turn your head 90 degrees to the right without raising it and then wait again for 30 seconds. Next, turn your head and body on the right side as if you are looking at the floor and stay in this position for 30 seconds. Slowly sit up, but do not get down from the bed. If the vertigo comes from the right ear, then follow the above steps by reversing the directions. Practice this till you are left with no vertigo for an entire day.
