Yogurt For Skin Care

Yogurt is an excellent home remedy to look after your sunburnt skin. It is considered the best home remedy to soothe your sunburnt skin. The easiest recipe that you can use us to just add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to your bathing water, this is an excellent skin care recipe for those who have dry skin.

Lemon has multiple benefits for the skin. It can lighten your complexion as well as can be used as an exfoliant. You can make a mask for your complexion by mixing one tablespoon of lemon juice to one tablespoon of cucumber juice and the same amount of tomato juice. Apply this mixture to the skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash it with warm water and thereafter apply moisturizer. If you have dry skin then use one tablespoon of lemon juice with one tablespoon of milk and the same amount of honey and apply wherever desired.

Rinse it after 15-20 minutes to use lemon as an exfoliant, mix one tablespoon of lemon juice to one tablespoon of brown sugar and the white of one egg. Massage this wonderful natural exfoliant on your skin using your fingers in circular motions over the skin. Keep scrubbing gently for 15-20 minutes and rinse thereafter followed by a moisturizer. You can make your own moisturizer which you should use every night. You need one part of lemon juice and the same amount of glycerin and pure natural rose water. Mix all the three ingredients thoroughly, store it in a glass bottle. You can use it as a night lotion and sleep with this lotion on your skin.

You can make you own facial mask with cucumber. For this mask, you need a few leaves of fresh mint, some deseeded cucumber and one egg white. Blend them well in a mixer and apply on your face and neck. Leave it on for half an hour and rinse.
