These days we are seeing more & more people are turning to yoga due to its effectiveness. In many metro cities throughout the world yoga has becomes a fashion symbol. Yoga can also prevent back pain and also other joints pain of the body. For back pain try some simple asana. First sit straight on floor, and raise both hands to its full length with fingers crossed.
Now putting pressure on spine, try to stretch both hands with the fingers of both hands crossing each other. Repeat 4-5 times and relax. In another method, take same position explained above try to twist your shoulder clockwise, similarly twist shoulders anti clockwise. Repeat this 4-5 times. It will give you relief from back pain.
